1. Our Services

We buy and sell residential homes, vacant lots, and other real estate assets. We offer cash purchases through our CASH4HOUSES program and provide Seller Financing on select properties.

2. Property Transactions

All property purchases and sales are subject to valid contracts and applicable laws. Properties are sold as-is unless stated otherwise. Buyers must perform their own due diligence.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Fraudulent activity may result in termination of access or cancellation of offers.

4. SMS Terms

5. AI Secretary

We use an AI assistant (“AI Secretary”) to help with general inquiries. All actions are reviewed by our human team before execution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mikioi Properties & Resales, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
