Example: Hello, this is Mikioi Properties & Resales. Your monthly payment is past due. If you’ve already submitted payment, please disregard. Thank you and have a good day! Reply STOP to opt out.

3 — Message Frequency: Up to 4 SMS/week, depending on communication type.

4 — Potential Fees: Standard message/data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

5 — Opt-In Method: Submitting an online form and checking the SMS consent box.
